Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Math and Math. We strive to provide quality digital content, in-person, and online teaching services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Digital Content

All sales of digital content (e.g., eBooks, videos, tutorials, and downloadable materials) are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions:

  • If the digital content is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a replacement.

2. In-Person Teaching Services

Refunds for in-person teaching services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non- refundable.
  • No-Shows: Refunds are not provided for missed sessions without prior cancellation.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel the session, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Online Teaching Services

Refunds for online teaching services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non- refundable.
  • No-Shows: Refunds are not provided for missed online sessions without prior cancellation.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel the session, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Subscription Plans (if applicable)

Refunds for subscription-based services will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period if cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase. Access to services will be terminated upon refund issuance.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@iods.com.gh with the following details:

  • Order number or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., screenshots for digital content issues)

6. Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Digital content accessed or downloaded successfully.
  • Missed in-person or online sessions without timely cancellation.
  • Services rendered in full as scheduled.
